Introduction

Welcome to y444, operated at y444.cam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and y444 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the y444 website, mobile platform, services, betting markets, casino games and any other features offered through y444.cam.

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the y444 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on y444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction or your own jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Registrations made on behalf of corporate entities, trusts or third parties are not permitted.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of or located within any Prohibited Territory where accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of y444, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the y444 Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion scheme that covers the y444 Platform at the time of registration.

y444 reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any time and to request documentary evidence of eligibility including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of age and proof of address. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement, at any stage, will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any outstanding balances where required by applicable law.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of y444 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You agree to provide truthful information at registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the y444 Platform at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. y444 reserves the right to close any and all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bets or bonuses associated with them.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify y444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. y444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

y444 is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport
• Proof of current address — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method — such as a screenshot or statement evidencing ownership of your depositing e-wallet or bank account
• A selfie or liveness check as specified by the verification system

All KYC documents must be uploaded exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not send sensitive identity documents through email, chat applications or social media channels. Providing false, altered or fraudulent documentation is a serious offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds and potential reporting to the relevant authorities.

Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

Your y444 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf or operate your account in any way. Commercial use of the Platform or use for any professional betting syndicate activity is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to y444 at registration, during KYC and during the normal course of using the Platform is true, accurate, current and complete. Any wilful provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.3 Platform Availability

y444 will use reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available consistently. However, access may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, technical updates or for reasons outside y444's reasonable control including internet connectivity issues, ISP restrictions or force majeure events. y444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

5.4 Currency and Transactions

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in the account currency. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amounts are referenced in promotional materials or educational content, these figures are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. Users are responsible for understanding applicable exchange rates where currency conversion applies.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

y444 supports various deposit methods. Familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure — including mobile wallet services and bank transfer channels — may be referenced for contextual information only. The specific deposit methods available at any given time are determined by the Platform's current technical and compliance arrangements and are subject to change. y444 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular deposit method.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to applicable compliance checks.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms which will be published alongside each offer. General eligibility criteria apply including that the User must have a fully verified account, must not have previously abused bonus offers and must satisfy any minimum deposit requirements specified in the relevant promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. As an illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying stakes before withdrawal eligibility is met. 7.3 Game Contribution

7.4 Bonus Expiry

7.5 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the spirit or letter of bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, making low-risk bets or combinations specifically to neutralise wagering requirements, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings and potential account suspension.

7.6 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per promotional terms. Placing bets above this limit may void the bonus and any winnings derived from such bets. The maximum bet limit for each offer is stated in the relevant promotional terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the y444 Platform are subject to acceptance. y444 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, where the offered odds were published in error, or where the bet is inconsistent with normal market activity.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, system errors during bet placement, and circumstances where the integrity of the relevant sporting event is under investigation. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the user's account balance.

8.3 In-Play (Live) Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to additional terms. Odds on live events — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament fixtures, football leagues and UFC bouts — are updated in real time and may be suspended without notice. y444 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event or phase is effectively determined.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event as displayed in the Platform interface. y444 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at any time at its reasonable discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and potentially permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial intelligence tools to access, browse, bet on or interact with the Platform without express written consent from y444.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or transfer proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information to the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other Users.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreational use.

Responsible Gambling

y444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a fundamental obligation. We recognise that for some individuals gambling can lead to harm, and we take our responsibility to provide protective tools seriously.

10.1 Self-Assessment

We encourage all Users to regularly assess their gambling behaviour. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you should use the available responsible gambling tools immediately and consider seeking professional support.

10.2 Available Controls

The following controls are available to all registered Users through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control spending.

• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders and automatic logouts when you have been active for a defined period.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the y444 Platform, its services or its content without express written permission from y444. Scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y444 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform and its services. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

y444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings
• Loss or corruption of data or information
• Losses arising from technical errors, system outages or connectivity failures
• Losses arising from your own gambling decisions or strategy
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your y444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any outstanding balance (net of any applicable bonus requirements) will be returned to you subject to standard verification checks.

13.2 Termination by y444

y444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or dishonest conduct, suspected money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC requirements, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by y444 — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate. Any outstanding bonus balances at the time of closure will be forfeited. Legitimate account balances will be returned subject to applicable verification requirements and any legal obligations affecting the funds.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y444 holds its operating license. The specific governing jurisdiction is detailed in the Platform's licensing documentation.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact y444's support team to attempt resolution through our internal complaints process. y444 will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Amendments to These Terms

y444 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, y444 will provide reasonable notice through the Platform interface, by email to registered Users or through a prominent notice on the website. The effective date of the updated Terms will be clearly displayed.

Your continued use of the y444 Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
